Rebuild Price Lists from History

This utility allows the system to build a price list or price sheet based on the history for the customer(s) selected.

1. When the user enters this utility the following message appears: "This process requires the exclusive use of the CLIST file. Continue? No/Yes."

• Select no to exit back to the rebuild utilities menu.
• Select yes to display a Customers window from which the user can tag the customer(s) they want to rebuild the price list on.

2. Use the arrow keys to scroll down the list. Press Enter to make your selection(s) or press F9 to tag all customers. As asterisk will appear beside your selection indicating that the customer has been selected.

3. When you are finished selecting the customer(s) whose price lists you want to rebuild press F10.

4. The system will quickly rebuild the price list based on the customer's sales ordering history. You may not notice anything happening.

Note: If you do not have a price list assigned to a customer, you may not see anything happen when you run this function.
